“Lots of local vendors and a very nice location. There was a musician too. Great vibe & a few other shops like Subway, Village Grill, Great Clips, a doggy spa....”
“The social media of this farm is impeccable. It draws you in, and visiting is not a disappointment. Overall a very chill experience, while supporting local and getting fresh fruit and veg. Love the butternut squash and pluots they have this time of year.”
“Mostly fruits and vegetables in this farmers market. Lots of Asian herbs and vegetables. On the smaller side of farmer markets. Besides produce, there is a stand that sells other things such as eggs, bakery items, seafood, popcorn, and Mexican food. Live music. Vendors are friendly and greet you with a smile. Some of them offer fruit samples. Parking at the James Lick High School parking lot.”
“Berryessa Farmers Market is a wonderful place to find fresh produce, local goods and friendly vendors. A great weekend spot for shopping and supporting the community.”
“Love this place. It sells British food like digestive biscuits and chocolates. I particularly buy the Lebanonese flat bread or wheat flat bread when I go in the store.”
“Ami, I like shopping at Eddie's because of the kindness and respect with which they welcome and serve you. If you want to buy, I recommend that you go to Eddie's produces.”
“Pro hardly any line at checkout. I love not having to wait in long winding lines like some other indian grocery stores. You can relax and pick what you want. Another pro is they have kitchen in the back and have some fresh paratha, samosa etc and are decently prized. They also keep cooked food you can pick both veg and non-veg. Con is that some items may be higher priced and sometimes the fresh veggies are not as fresh.”
“Desi India Bazaar has all the necessary Indian stuffs that you want to buy. Anything that may be missing at Walmart that you were longing for would be here. Additionally they make a lot of snacks, sabji and different types of rotis or paratha in-house as well.”
“It's a fun store if you like exotic fruits. Who wouldn't be happy to see giant pink mangos but they do seem a bit overpriced. We got a box of yellow ones that were on sale and they were actually pretty good. The freshly opened jack fruit looked pretty good. Durian looked a bit iffy though.”
“Good mercado with ample selection of fruits and vegetables. The standout is the butcher which has various cuts of meat that you can't find at Safeway, like diezmillo and arrachera”
