I reserved a rental tiller ahead of time. On the day of pickup, they said it is not available. Ridiculous.

The customer services here is horrible and they hung up the phone in the middle of our conversation when I was asking a question. They are the worse.

Worst customer experiences. Customer service team does not know how to use their systems. They may have stock but it's also always on a pallet at the very top of the racks. So it takes hours until someone is able to help you. And that's even if you want to wait it out.
