“My visit to purchase an evaporative cooler for my room was very pleasant. I stopped twice to get aile directions from employees, and they both paused what they were doing to help me out. In addition, the items that I found online were indeed in stock.
To top it all off, when I went to the register to pay, I was about to approach the returns counter to check out but turned to head the other way. One of the cashiers asked me if I she could help ring me up at one of the returns' counters. ?”
“We had a great experience with Sincere for our kitchen cabinet purchase. Mashal did multiple design revisions based on our inputs and feedback and we finally decided on the Liberty Line with a two color scheme. The cabinets came quickly and you can tell they are solidly constructed. There were a few minor damages occured during shipment and were promptly addressed by Mashal and his manager. Overall excellent customer experience, especially post-sales (after they already got your money), which speaks volumes about this business.”

“3/19/26 Update on my 2nd visit within 2 weeks. Management definitely changed. There are actually staff that are willing to help and know their stuff. Robert (Rob) from gardening offered to help find an item that isn't even in his department. He knew where it was and confirmed it with another staff. WOW. Again usually there isn't anyone available to help. But now it's a whole new experience.
3/3/26 Been here over 50 times. Today the staff are more courteous and they're available. Usually had to hunt down a staff for help or wait 5+ minutes.
He offered to shake the paint can. That never happened before.
Did management change?”
“Theft is horrible here. I feel terrible for those who work at this location. Home Depot needs to work with local authorities and also try out new techniques to discourage theft.”

We both have only dabbled in plants so we needed some guidance on what the process looked like and what brands to use.
Luckily, a person who works in Garden, Chase, helped us by educating us based on what we were wanting to do, and provided really great recs on what to purchase.
Overall, will definitely come back to this Home Depot because of our helpful experience!”
“Our team is working on a hydrogen powered race car and we have a state competition coming up. One of the employees, Jesus, helped us fix an issue with our car base today and helped us greatly! We may not have been able to compete if he didn’t assist us today.”

“Well this day going to the contractor's Warehouse for the very first time looking for a doorknob which I found but pricing on door knobs are very comparable to the big box stores unfortunately but other stuff doors, sinks, flooring, plumbing. My rating 4.2 ⭐ out of 5. They have more quantity than variety. Don't get me wrong there are things there that I would definitely buy if I was renovating but I'm not.”
“I always forget about Lowes and end up at the other big home improvement store. That's unfortunate because Lowes is cleaner and always has shorter lines. This location is especially good becaue the employees are very helpful. Several of them asked if they could help me without me having to ask them.”
