“3/19/26 Update on my 2nd visit within 2 weeks. Management definitely changed. There are actually staff that are willing to help and know their stuff. Robert (Rob) from gardening offered to help find an item that isn't even in his department. He knew where it was and confirmed it with another staff. WOW. Again usually there isn't anyone available to help. But now it's a whole new experience.
3/3/26 Been here over 50 times. Today the staff are more courteous and they're available. Usually had to hunt down a staff for help or wait 5+ minutes.
He offered to shake the paint can. That never happened before.

“I want to share my appreciation for Grace, the store manager at Home Depot in San Jose. After I had an issue with a purchase due to a mistake made by a sales associate, Grace truly stepped in and made a big difference.
Although the situation was frustrating at first—and I unfortunately experienced some disrespectful behavior from an assistant manager—Grace handled the matter with professionalism and care. She personally followed up with me several times, called to check on the status of my order, and made sure everything was resolved properly.
Thanks to her dedication and attention, I received my washer and dryer without further problems and I’m very happy with my purchase. Grace showed what great customer service and leadership look like. “I just want to acknowledge Jeannette, Martha, Espie and Everett for going above and beyond for me!!! I was in a time crunch being from out of town trying to get a new microwave for my dad’s place that I was putting on the market ( I was flying back home Monday and this was Friday). They helped me locate the microwave and when it wouldn’t fit in my dad’s car they helped me find someone to deliver and install. What was a stressful time they helped me when I needed it the most. They all were so kind and helpful. I just can’t thank them enough. They truly took the stress of the situation and made me feel so much better by being so helpful and kind.. so thank you guys!!
