Horrible customer service. 10/10 would definitely not come back. Not only the 3 employees from today but as looking through all the other reviews it seems like yall got a problem with hiring the worst employees.

Very good store and the staff were very helpful! They stayed on top of everything and did such a good job helping us - despite the chaotic hustle & bustle going on inside the store. It was PACKED!

I looked around the mall for so long and never found the shoes I was looking for until I came to shoe palace, so clean and the staff was super great and friendly they had the sizes I wanted as well. 10/10!!

Show up at 7pm and the store was already closed. Need to fix the hours, they say they close at 8pm not 7pm

Wanted to personally thank Kai again! Great service, and after being told the shoes I really wanted wasnt in my size, he took it upon himself to check again and brought it out for me while he was checking us out! Made me extremely happy, thanks so much!!

This is my 3rd time going in there and they always have things marked cheaper than what they are. Then they sneakily change the tag and ring it out without acknowledging the wrong price and completely disregard how frustrating it is. Never shipping here again
