Very good store and the staff were very helpful! They stayed on top of everything and did such a good job helping us - despite the chaotic hustle & bustle going on inside the store. It was PACKED!

I looked around the mall for so long and never found the shoes I was looking for until I came to shoe palace, so clean and the staff was super great and friendly they had the sizes I wanted as well. 10/10!!

Wanted to personally thank Kai again! Great service, and after being told the shoes I really wanted wasnt in my size, he took it upon himself to check again and brought it out for me while he was checking us out! Made me extremely happy, thanks so much!!
