“IMHO this is the best water store. Friendly staff are always welcoming and provide excellent service. The owner genuinely cares about the wellbeing of customers. She noticed that the bottles that I brought in were dirty and she went ahead and cleaned it for me on her own at no charge.I have seen a number of positive changes after the new owner took over. The store is now really clean and less cluttered. They have installed a brand new water purification system - and the water is really pure, refreshing and tastes awesome! They have introduced alkaline mineral water which my son who is into fitness really raves about. I can fill up multiple bottles quickly rather than wait for 15 minutes to fill up just one bottle like before.Also, they now accept credit cards with no extra charge both inside the store and on the 24/7 vending machines outside.”

“It was quick and easy. I was able to book the truck within few minutes and I was able to pick the truck within 1 hour:
I didn't give 5 star rating because the mobile app didn't work wile returning the truck. There were a couple of issues:
1. While going through the return flow, if you change the orientation of your phone then you have to go through restart the process again. It was annoying. I hope UHaul will fix this problem soon.
2. I ran into another problem at the very last step of return process, the application will wait for ever mentioning that it is updating the backend. It never moved forward to the final step. I tried at least 3 times and got the same issue. Finally, I had to return home without completing the process. Next day, UHaul representative mentioned that I could have called them and mentioned about this issue.”

“Big location lots of trucks and vehicles to rent...if use this location if it's local for you because we reserved a vehicle at a small nearby U-Haul facility and they just made us come here....was a waste of time trying to get it close to our home I suggest cutting out the middle man....??”
“It was great renting a truck here. Samantha does an awesome job. You can call her as many time as you like and she will answer all the questions. She always try to accommodate all the requests. Even if they don’t have truck she will try to get the truck from nearby enterprise rentals. Samantha! You are the best!!!”
“This establishment is by far hands down the best storage facility I have ever rented storage space from. And let me tell you why.. the staff here is what I like to call old School and treat their customers with respect and dignity regardless of how you show up. Their eyes are not full of corporate greed. The facility is emaculant and coming from a military background you could eat off the floors in my opinion... There is plenty of lighting throughout the facility and one feature I do appreciate is the auto on off lighting throughout the facility as to not waste electricity. I am disabled and from day 1 the staff has helped me unlike multiple other storage facilities. Thank you again 360 storage... SUN-RAY FRANKIE PALUSZYNSKI.”

“Picked up cargo van at 3 and there was no waiting. I was helped right away and got the van within 5 minutes.
Staff was friendly and answered my questions. They let you park your car when you are using the rental but not sure how long. The van was clean and very good condition.”

“Rent a trailer form Carlos this time. Totally different experience. Would have gave a 5 but the trailer had dents which had not yet been marked with u-haul stickers to show they were existing. Carlos applied the stickers - good to go.”

Although they couldn't accommodate my needs, Tresa, the representative, made several good suggestions. She was very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. She was the most informative person I talked to out of all the various businesses I contacted. Great job, Tresa! A+ customer service skills.”

“Recently "Me and Patti" ordered a couple of new LazyBoy Recliners. They got to us a couple of weeks early. Great, yes? No. We weren't expecting them for at least three more weeks. I don't have a pickup or van. What to do? We decided to call our local U-Haul, shipping moving supplies too, and rented a newer looking clean van. Ordering on line is soooo easy. Got to my local U-Haul five minutes early. The office was clean, organized, and with staff ready to help. My guy, Jorge, was the best. Check out was so quick. I would say I was ready to go in less than five minutes. I was thinking " Wow that was easy". Check in , and hello again, Jorge. We got the van back into inventory, less than three minutes. "Who knew? I didn't." So let's put this all together. Quick, easy, rental on line while at your dinner table, way too cool. ( Even with Patti telling me "No phones at the table".) Then flying through check-in and even then more awesome, practically handed Jorge the keys and left. So easy, so happy. And you can be happy too. U-Haul on Thornton Avenue ( right near 880). Need a rental truck or van? Need moving boxes or supplies, U-Haul has you covered. ( Like a warm and fuzzy blanket). Jorge and the rest of the friendly staff are ready to help you get real happy, really easily. "Me and Patti" will be renting a box van on January 2nd 2024. Going to Sacramento to pick up my new (to me) Ducati D2R "Monster 803. Toys for Xmas. Never gets old. We'll let you know how that goes when we return. U-Haul Fremont, ready and very happy to help. "We like it, alot."”
