Moving and things like that are so stressful but people like her make it so much less stressful. “Rent a trailer form Carlos this time. Totally different experience. Would have gave a 5 but the trailer had dents which had not yet been marked with u-haul stickers to show they were existing. Carlos applied the stickers - good to go.”

“I was unsure going here after seeing the reviews. But it looks like it's under new management. Andy is very friendly and helpful, and was able to get me a great truck to rent for the weekend (no way my SUV could fit the things I needed). It sounds like after COVID they had a lot of trouble getting up and running because of a lack of trucks especially - funny enough this is exactly what most people complain about!I'll definitely be back because new management under Andy is great. Most of this stuff comes down to who runs the place and Andy does great. I'm all for supporting local business owners and it's clear Andy's been hard at work trying to fix the reputation here :)I've only ever had trouble renting from Budget (or Avis?) when I try to do something last minute. My recommendation would be to try and book in advance as much as possible - and to be flexible if you're going to book last minute!”
