“This place has been my life saver for years. I can't believe I took so long to give my review. I had been coming to this place for years with different cars I owned and also recommend to all my family and friends here with no hesitation because I know they will be well taken care of. They had been in the business for long enough to know the ins and out of the cars and parts. When I had an accident in Berkeley, I paid $500 to get my car towed to Olson brothers in Milpitas because I know they will not only take care of my car but they will be honest with me about what is going on with the car. After covid, many suppliers have closed their shops. so it has become extremely hard to find parts anywhere, Olson brothers team went above and beyond to find me the parts I need and fix it. They always have said, any issues bring it back and that right there gives you a peace of mind.For one of the reviews that said she caught the owner driving- Please understand that they have to test drive the car to see if its working, they have to take it down to N.1st street to get the car tested and approved for alignment. I know these because I asked. Sometimes, its good to just ask clarification questions before hurting someone's business with a bad review.Thank you :)”

“We had two dents repaired on our Rivian — one large and one smaller — and were referred to Jason Kahl of Precision Body Workz. Jason and his colleague Mario did outstanding work using the Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) method.
They brought the panels back beautifully, keeping nearly all the original paint intact. Given the size and location of the larger dent, it’s impressive that only a very small area at the seam had minor cracking.

“Ended up with a nail in my back tire which I noticed late on a Saturday evening. I was so lucky to have found this place that is open on Sundays, fast, and so reasonably priced!! I called ahead and they told me to come right in. They were honest and told me that a patch on my tire would fix it right up (no need to purchase a brand new one) and the patch is still holding strong 4 months later, even after driving during winter storms and potholes. Only cost me $20-25 for the tire patch. The entire experience took about 20 minutes total to remove the nail and apply the patch. I definitely recommend this location for any tire help!”

“Got off work and started my night commute, got a flat up the street on El Camino, 20 minutes before they close. They knew I was in a bind and I asked if they could help me out and drive to my location to plug the tire. Since they didn’t have a mobile air compressor, they plugged it and drove me to O’Reillys to get an air compressor, came back and filled it. I did tip them and payed a bit extra but sure was better than calling for roadside.”

I changed the 4 tires on my Toyota Corolla with Giovanny, both the service and the price were excellent, top quality service in San Jose, no one beats his prices! “Had a flat tire on my Tesla Model Y today. Called the shop and luckily caught them just before closing time. The guy on the phone told me to come over right away. When I arrived, there were already a few customers ahead of me, but they still managed to get all four tires replaced in just about 45 minutes. “I was in a pinch with a nail in the tire around 4:30 on a Saturday. I called multiple shops that closed at 6pm and they turned me away and told me they wouldn’t have it done until the next day. I called this Wheel Works and Art picked up. Very helpful and initially provided conservative expectations (under promise/ over deliver). I ended the phone call thinking I had to still look elsewhere. Art called me back after confirming with the BOH that he could get it done and I was in and out within an hour.
