“I Recommend. Took my used 2010 Lexus ED350 that we just purchased last week. There was nothing wrong with the car but we wanted to do some maintenance since the car has 104K miles we don't know how well the car has been maintained, etc. Long story short, they were able to do it within a few hours. So we agreed to do a transmission drain and fill, and replace the cabin filter. Everything else looked pretty good. For the tranny service and cabin filter, they charged me about half of what another shop wanted to charge me for. When I came back to pick up the car, they took off another $25 because they did not use the amount of new tranny fluid that they originally anticipated. Shop is super clean to by the way. Now that I know them i will be coming here going forward and its super convenient since its only 2 miles from my house. I Appreciate Vanny's Auto Service.”
“I can’t thank Norm at Rollings Automotive enough for helping me with my truck. I was having transmission issues, and Norm was able to pinpoint the problem before I even brought the truck in, simply based on what I described to him.
Every other shop I took it to told me the transmission needed to be rebuilt—including the shop that had rebuilt it just a couple months before I bought it. They wouldn’t even honor the warranty and wanted me to pay to have it rebuilt again.
I left my truck with Norm, and he got it back to normal. He knew exactly what he was doing, was honest with me, and actually fixed the problem instead of just throwing another transmission rebuild at it.
