“Came to this tmobile store this morning to renew my payment for my franklin hotspot. I also had a problem getting the hotspot to connect with my chromebook.
Jackie helped me out with it. She also had problems connecting the two. She very patiently worked with the hotspot for about 45 minutes until she got it to work. Wish I knew what the secret was she did to get the password in the chromebook, so I could get it to work. Oh well.
Unfortunately, when I got home, it went back to the same problem, and won't connect again! Very frustrating. I don't recommend these little hotspots. It worked fine the first couple times I used it, 2 years ago, and has been a waste of about 400 dollars since.
Not renewing the hotspot next year. Waste of money, if it's not going to work!
