Our 16yr old cat Charlie (aka King Charles) was nearing the end of his journey and we couldn't see him suffering any longer. Their office was very clean and felt warm and homey. “Rancho Regional is such a great hospital! I’ve been to very many vet hospitals and there aren’t many places that compare to here. The staff are all great, friendly, and hard working. They obviously care about your pet. The facility is clean and they typically have a good playlist playing in the lobby, creating a good atmosphere. In a sea of subpar veterinary hospitals, this place is a breath of fresh air. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“This place is great, Dr. Sean took good care of my boa constrictor when she needed an abscess removed. Not to mention the rest of the staff who were so kind despite being super busy and dealing with impatient clients every time I came in.Also, the cat I met in the waiting room was super chill.”
“Pros:Same day service; very reasonable fees for vaccines, meds, neutering, lab tests, etc., especially for neutering. No appointment necessary, just arrive between 8 and 10 am. Cordial staff.Cons: Do not expect much in personalized service, although they are cordial. Yet to see or hear from the vet during or after office visits. My cats have always been seen and handled by the assistants. After care instructions are minimal unless you ask (they need something in writing).”

“Such a great place to take your cat. Such friendly staff and amazing doctors. My cat was so anxious as this was his first time at riverside cat hospital but was relaxed once the doctor came in. He was so gentle with him. If you didn’t know, this place is also a regular vet. They also have cats up for adoption so if you’re looking for a cat, I’d go check them out. They have a few cats out and the rest in the back and you’re able to go see them all.”
“They are the best and nicest people. I will go back to them soon.I had to have my buddy put to sleep because she had a couple strokes.They let me stay with her as long as I wanted.I had them cremate her and have her ashes now.Very kind and caring people that work there.”

“I cannot express enough how much I miss Dr.Bart and his entire staff! I was fortunate to find Dr Bart when I was living in Corona. Since moving, I have been unable to find a satisfactory vet for my furry family members, let alone one that even comes close to the extraordinary care, and comfort given by this Dr. and entire team! It is beyond frustrating that so many Vets out there lack the knowledge, compassion, and professionalism when dealing with the care of our pets. (I.e. family!) You will find that NOT to be the case with this office. From not only myself, but also my beloved animals....We truly Miss you ALL!”

“Honestly, the best vet I've had the chance of knowing. The vet field is super impacted right now and being a one doctor practice I know can be difficult. A lot of the negativity comes from crybaby clients who don't get what they want when they want it. But that doesnt demean their exceptional service. See for yourself and go in because these crybaby clients don't understand what appointments are for at general practices and urgent care/emergencies ARE FOR EMERGENCY HOSPITALS... and this.. is not an emergency hospital”
“Completely dedicated to the health and happiness of your pet. We got a rescue who needed her spay stitches removed. Everyone had at least a month wait, even while saying they had to come out much sooner. Victoria Animal Hospital got us in immediately, and we've appreciated them ever since. When our dog was injured, they took her quickly and managed her expertly. We always feel they have our pet's best interest in mind.”
“This is an excellent, honest, and compassionate pet hospital. My senior cat has kidney disease, and Dr. Hah has been a life saver when it comes to making sure my little one has the best treatment and quality of life. He’s an intelligent, well spoken gentleman who genuinely and thoroughly educates me on what’s happening with my cat and the subsequent care needed.The most outstanding thing about this place is the sincere care and kindness we receive. The people here never rush through my appointments and always treat my pet with compassion, even through just coaxing my cat out of the carrier instead of scruffing her.I’ve noticed that Angel’s Care has slightly better prices then the big places like Chino pet hospital and the like.”

“Ive taken both our cat and our dog to see Dr. Munsun and she is wonderful with both types of animals. Our dog had a stomach thing, our cat injured himself jumping from a high place. Both times the staff fit us in to be seen and were so wonderful and accommodating. The care was amazing. Our dog was better in a week after some antibiotics and probiotics and rest, our cat, got some much needed pain relief , updated shots, and some acne wipes (he had a little cat acne under the chin). Dr. Munson took time at each appointment to thoroughly examine both pets and discussed all treatment options and explain medications. I moved some distance, but I make the 40 minute drive to see her. Its worth it. And it was all affordable - both visits!”
