“This veterinary office feels like a miniature ER, and Dr. Jammu consistently provides excellent care. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to clients in clear, understandable terms. While some people may interpret that approach as being talked down to, as one commenter mentioned, I personally appreciate it. I value the time he takes to educate me, answer my questions, and walk me through my pets’ health and treatment. His willingness to make sure I truly understand what is happening is something I consider a strength of his care.”

“My Boerboel had a hematoma on the flappy part of his ear that needed draining. He’s a big boy that needs to be sedated before appointments. The staff was VERY patient with us during his exam as he doesn’t let strangers touch him. He needed surgery the following day. The anesthesiologist was very careful administering his medication. It took a few tries but he was asleep within 10 mins. Surgery took a couple of hours. We’ve been getting follow-up calls from RAH for the past week just to check in on him. I really appreciate that! All that to say the staff is very patient, compassionate and kind. Your animals care is a priority here. All of my puppies will be coming here as long as I have them. 🥰”

From the moment we walked in, Michelle at the front desk made us feel so welcome and helped make the check-in process easy and stress-free. Evelyn, the veterinary technician, was incredibly kind, gentle, and patient with our curious little kitten. She took the time to make Maple feel comfortable and answered all of our questions with care. Dr. Moreno was outstanding. “This hospital was clean & the staff were straight forwars and extremely helpful. I came there this yesterday with a 12 week old Corso pup that wasn't doing well at all. They did what they could to help me and I'm happy as can be to report that lil Alessandro pulled through & he seems back to his old self again. Thank you Upland Animal Hospital from our whole family, I truly believe the help I received saved his life. While I was clinging onto a hope and a prayer I woke up today knowing where I will take my animals if I have future emergencies. We cannot thank you guys enough. God bless. We were able to quickly confirm that he had ingested poison and then Sammy was given post care to help with his chances of recovery. “Dr Golub is amazing….only there on Friday. My experience with her was exceptional! She cared for and about my dog and it showed. Everyone in the office was so helpful and friendly. I don’t think you can go wrong with this staff. But when I received an after hours call from Dr Golub inquiring about my dog and how everything was going I knew it was well worth the money I spent and the 45 min drive to get my dog there. My friend recommended this clinic. My dog who is intimidatingly large and often barks her opinion was pleased with the rubs and attention she received.”

“I don’t think there are enough words in this world to describe all that this vet has done for me & all my babies. I have been going to this vet for years. My baby Milo, was treated so sweetly & cared for every time he was brought in. When he had an ulcer in his eye, they recommended a specialist in Ontario & fortunately he was able to get the surgery and was on the mend. When we got our other dogs, we would take them here for his check ups & their vaccinations. Then when my baby Milo was growing old, he had quite a bit of health issues that were unfortunately too expensive to afford. The doctors & staff were very empathetic and very kind to me during the heavier moments. They explained everything in great detail and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. My heart still hurts and I will never be the same without my baby, but can be content that we (and the staff) did all they could do for him. I’m forever grateful for the people employed here, and will continue to bring my babies here, knowing that they will provide the level of care that any pet deserves. Thank you all for being so exceptionally kind. My Milo lives on within me”

“Really happy with my experience here! This was my first time going to this clinic, so I called ahead to ask how their system works since I wasn’t sure if they were appointment-only or walk-ins. They explained that they’re walk-in only and see the first 10 patients, and they were kind enough to call me when it was our turn to be seen. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating from the beginning. My dog is VERY anxious, and the staff did everything they could to make him feel comfortable. They were all so patient and gentle with him, which I really appreciated. The doctor was also wonderful. She let me be involved in his treatment and even allowed me to help comfort him during the quick procedure. She and her team explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, so I felt like I actually knew what was going on with my dog and why they were doing what they were doing. And one of the ladies there (I believe she’s one of the managers) was AMAZING with him. She was massaging his head with her nails to help calm him down and I swear it was like magic 😂. He was so much more relaxed afterward! Overall, I’m really glad I found this clinic. Everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely caring toward my dog. You can tell they really love animals and want them to feel safe. Definitely recommend!”
