“Well stocked store that is clean. Been awhile since I've been to a Kohl's. Self checkout was nice. Was just buying one item so I was in and out in minutes. Whoever was using the electrical outlet on the floor to vacuum didn't close it though... So I ran my foot into the brass cap that covers it. Nice hole in my toe. Other than that, nice store.”
“First time at this location since I moved to the area, the store is clean and the cashier was friendly and even asked if I was eligible for the senior discount the answer was big yes..the only mishap I had was one of the items of the receipt was not in my bag when I got home.( I brought my own bag by the way)so I called and talked to the manager about it, and he was very nice and told me that when I come back go to customer service desk for a refund ..(it was just a small amount) but the service I got was very professional.. I still go that place now that I know where it is.”
