It took me about 6 weeks to understand it , 3 months to tone up in the best shape of my life and 6 months to become addicted! All the Teachers and staff are fabulous and super positive ready to help and make you feel comfortable no matter what size u are (coming from being a previous big girl) the community and members are great. I couldn't be happier and look forward to going and being a regular :)”

I really appreciate the Fitting Room Attendant for clearing out the rooms periodically to give me a comfortable and clean space to try on different Brands and designs.
