the waiting room was very crowded, I noticed there are 4 appt at the same time, like 8:20,..etc The girl that withdraw my blood was very nice, easy to talk to and helping a lot.

If you don't have an appt ...walk-in wait time is forever pointless cuz you might wait 4-5hrs only to be turned away. There has to be another provider that can process quest lab vouchers. I was #1 on wait list and waited 4hrs.
