“There was an Iranian employee there and although it was her break time and she seemed tired she chose to help us with opening a band account which took here about an hour because we were not citizens and have forgotten some datas she patiently waited for me to my parents sent me the required information.

“Today around 12 noon, I visited the Wells Fargo branch on La Paz Road, Mission Viejo, to open a new savings account. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere was welcoming. The teller, Sarah, greeted me with a warm smile and was very professional and eager to assist. Since I needed help opening an account, she quickly found an available banker and personally escorted me to Hayden Johnson.
Hayden was exceptionally professional, courteous, and accommodating. He introduced himself, guided me through the entire process with patience and clarity, and made sure I understood every step. My experience was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. After completing the setup and signing the documents for my new savings account, Hayden even walked me back to Sarah for proper endorsement—such a thoughtful and professional gesture.
Later, when I returned to Hayden’s desk with another request, he immediately assisted me without hesitation. What impressed me most was his honesty and dedication—Sarah and Hayden both noticed that a lady in front of me had accidentally left her keys on the table. Hayden politely excused himself and ran outside to return the keys to her. That simple act showed his genuine care, integrity, and passion for his work.

“I just want to take a moment to thank my amazing bank. I had a horrible day today. I stopped by a branch to request a replacement for my checks because the perforation was faulty, making it difficult to tear them properly. I was upset when a teller told me I needed to visit the branch where I originally ordered the checks to find a solution. My bank has always come through for me, so this time, I felt particularly let down.
However, just five minutes later, I received a call from the same teller, letting me know he had spoken to his supervisor and they would replace my checks at no cost. This kind gesture truly made my day. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much, Chase.”

“did mortgage refinance thru Charles Schwab. They got us 0.25% lower rate than normal. Quicken actually does the refiance.. Quicken closed in 3 weeks at 4.0% fixed. We fired prior brokers who tried to hit us with additional $2k in fees at closing and had us at higher rate.”

“I go to the Vista U.S. Bank Branch. Throughout the Union Bank merger, the exceptional staff dealt with long lines of customers adapting to the change, asking questions, etc. The vibe inside was always positive and each teller, and manager I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. The outside ATM never works on weekends. Whenever i needed to get cash it was out of service- not cool! I gave this bank 5 Stars because of the people who work for the Vista U.S. Bank Branch! They genuinely care about each customer as if we were family- regardless of the stresses of the day! Thank you U.S. Bank employees, you're the best!”

“Great company. Has a strong focus on customer service and provides a good commercial lending product for business. The bank is based out of Raleigh, NC. It is publicly traded, but the majority of the shares are owned by the Holding family; Frank holding and his sister, Hope who also run the bank. Orange County has 4 locations; Newport Beach, Irvine, RSM and my favorite, Mission Viejo. If you ever stop by the Mission office, the service manager Linda is a sweetheart who knows her clients on a first name basis and is known to freely give out hugs.”
