“I love this store, the sales attendants are really nice and very helpful. I had forgotten a gift for my husband and I was helped by an associate that helped me with my purchase who had very good taste if I may add. My husband loved his present (for his bday) and I looked like a hero because of your nice attendant who had great taste. Thank you Tommy Bahamas you always come through with the greatest items for whatever whenever I need. For everyone reading this, do yourself a favor and shop here, you won’t be disappointed and if you don’t believe me pop in and see for yourself all this store has to offer, you can thank me later.”
“First time there. STELLAR. Location is tucked away in a strip mall, worth the hunt. Well organized, service was appropriate&mellow, music was good.The SELECTION - better name brands, funky, girly, kind of dark. Mens section was limited but worthwhile. Most everything was $8-10. I may be back tommorrow.”
“Overall, the store is your bargain basement store with lower prices on some times good items or sometimes cheapest made manufacturers they can fine. It's not a Macy's, and it's OK as the average shopper tens to be more working class than Macy's shoppers. You will find some good mark down items if you're willing to spend some time on the racks as an organization system and placing things back on the correct size on racks is hit and miss.”
“Great store and filled with options!I stopped in yesterday for the first time in YEARS! The last time I recall shopping at Windsor was for my Winter Formal back in 2007! I was surprised and excited to see that they were NOT just a dress store anymore!They had so many cute outfits with so many different and fun patterns!After about 30 minutes of browsing, I found a simple but trendy top and an adorable summer dress. I headed to the register and was helped by Emily. She was so sweet and made me feel confident with my selections.If not for the clothes, I'll be back just based off of Emily's positive being!Thank you Emily and team!”
“What an amazing experience. My wife had been interested in getting another leather jacket so we went to the mall in Mission Viejo. Many stores has faux or polyurethane type jackets but not authentic leather. We stopped into Lucky Brand after visiting Macy's and Nordstrom and what amazing customer service. Terri and Aylissa were so nice and provided stellar customer service. My wife fell in love with the black cruiser style lambskin leather jacket and also tried the brown one in a similar but slightly different style. Terri got on a ladder and found my wife the correct size as it wasn't on the rack. What wonderful people at this store as we were so impressed with the kindness and caring assistance. Then Terri mentioned the sale they were having so we ended up buying the black and brown jackets and even recieved an additional 25% off. Their inventory is very nice and the store is meticulous. Terrific inventory, awesome positive ambiance and stellar sales consultants.

“Joshua helped me out today pick some super cute jackets for work I’m so excited to wear. He had such great energy, so helpful and everything you want in a salesperson when you shop. Not pushy or flattering , just genuinely helpful . I hope he gets commission for the sale, some of the older women who have helped me in the past have had slight attitude so I just really enjoyed that Joshua was there when I went today! Seems like their clothes are getting cuter and more quality as well:)”

“I feel like clothing retailers are usually reviewed negatively about their products, a shopper's unfavorable experience, or negative customer service and not enough is said about exceptional customer service - so here's one :).
I am not a regular shopper of Madewell but recently bought an item online because I saw it in-person at the store. It didn't work out so I went to Madewell MV and was assisted by Jaidyn M. Hopefully this is the correct young lady because I didn't catch her name at the time but found this name on my emailed receipt.
Jaidyn was extremely warm and patient and helped me complete the return. I know we've all been there when making a return at any retailer only to feel like we're bothering them or taking away from their daily revenue goal, which we are lol, but Jaidyn didn't make me feel that way at all.
Her pleasant demeaner and quick assistance was greatly appreciated last month (mid-October). Thanks so much, Jaidyn! It's because of you I have started to shop here more often. Keep up good work!”
“The people at this store...Ashley (mgr), Jamie, are all so helpful and kind. They will do whatever they can to help you find what you are looking for in a fun and exciting way. The make great suggestions and offer different ideas. It is always so fun to come to the MV store to shop or just say Hi! Chris was the mgr here before and he was also so great (he is at Fashion Island now) As you can tell I have been shopping here for a bit and keep coming back, not only because the products/clothes are so comfy because of the employees you have! “Popular with youths. This place always has some pretty insane deals and it might be because of fast fashion but the earth is on fire so while not look good? Anything that isn't part of a sale is usually pricey, however. The clothing itself varies but obviously appeals to a specific audience. Staff are ordinary people.”

“I have been here a handful of times, but have mostly made our purchases through their online website. My daughter actually wanted to shop on Black Friday, so we hit up Forever 21. They were having a decent sale in person (and online) where everything was 50% off, unlike some of the other stores in the Shops at Mission Viejo Mall who had no sales running (or just their usual daily advertisements). She ended up falling in love with a couple of really cute Fall colored jackets, stylish pants and tops. We also picked up a few accessories for ourselves and for Christmas gifts along the way while we waited in their crazy long line (yet manageable with patience) as we made our way up to the registers. We will definitely be back!”
