“Had a fantastic experience with Arrak both by the quality of the outdoor vest I purchased but also from Denise at the Laguna Hills store. Denise takes excellent care of her customers with great communication and care. I can't recommend them enough.”

“I love this store! Quality products at a great price. I have been shopping here for two years and only had great experiences from the staff and Talia. I was once accidentally over charged by $1300. It was taken cared of promptly, professionally and kindly. A plus for their customer service. I order a lot via their text message system and love it!Talia’s store is a must stop by and shop every time I’m at Fashion Island. I highly recommend this store to all my friends and family.”

“5 STARS ++ for the customer service department of HSTrading. I bought a couple of shirts back in middle of May and the 2x was a tight fit. Was gonna donate the parrot shirt cause it was just too tight, figuring it was like 6-7 weeks since I got the shirt. Sent short email to Customer Service and Terill A. answered back fast like overnigth. He offered to swap out with next size and did it 100% - fast and polite. Amazing support and service in this day and age! Will certainly be buying more from these guys in the future.”
