Gaddy put a lot of effort into testing it out and after a few check ins, my pc came back working better than before (he pinpointed that it was a motherboard issue). Pricing is fair! Gaddy is very honest with his work and you can tell it's what he loves to do. I will definitely be going back if anything comes back awry in the future for any of my PCs or PC gadgets.”

“More genius than Harry Potter! This company is great. Adam assisted me. My repair was minor but I suspect they can do pretty much anything regardless of how much there is to it. I broke my laptop cover / hinge. They had to order the part. They day they got it I took my computer in and they had it done in an hour! Again, more troublesome issues probably take longer. Adam (and a couple of other I'd spoken to on the phone) was so helpful, polite and profession. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!”

We are a couple in our 70’s and not privy to all the latest audio equipment to say the least !
We asked Diego to put together a home theater package .
He not only explained how the system will work with our new TV , but he chose products that would fit our budget and level of appreciation .
He did not try to upsell us on equipment that we do not need .
Diego designed the system quickly as he has much knowledge of the products offered at Best Buy
We appreciated his understanding , good communication skills and honesty .

“One of the signs of a great company is the RMA (Return) process. We found that warranty coverage, even a year later was absolutely no problem and totally hassle free!!! We use Enterasource for all our Dell and HPE gear. Complex storage options, etc. They are amazing and offered very fair pricing and excellent service!”

Christian the owner gave me a very reasonable price, stayed in touch with me as promised and the next business day had my computer fixed. “I had a broken laptop that needed parts ordered and replaced/repaired. I called the manufacturer and they provided with me a couple of certified local options for repairs. I called 3 of the recommendations. Avacom stood out from the first phone call, as Barry was very informative and accommodating. I was able to take my laptop in that same evening. When I arrived Barry explained everything I could expect best case to worse case, as well a estimate of pricing that would be associated in either scenario. It's tech....unfortunately computers, TVs, phones, become obsolete in a very short period of time. I say that because you can't always tell until you get the computer up and running or diagnostics to know the extent. Barry assured me he would contact me as he learned more and he did! He would call to let me know what he found to be wrong, when the part(s) were ordered and expected, what cost to expect. I would absolutely recommend Barry and Avacom Computer Services.”

“FYI. The new AI phones are coming out. Best Buy is rocking the new computers and phones with the new AI technology. This is going to instantly obsolete everything we have.
The only place left to check out multiple electronics from multiple manufacturers for this area. With electronics I like to a casually see what is available and browse the different manufacturers and choose what suits me the best. Thus I like this place. Best part is the service desk.”
