I’m hooked! I love everything about this gym. All the coaches are awesome, they’re constantly looking out on our form. They push, encourage and challenge us. The members are so friendly and welcoming. They help each other out. This place has good vibes all around, and I’m always looking forward to my daily workouts (almost daily ?)!!

F45 is an amazing place to push your limits and have a blast. I love going to F45 because of our incredible coaches, our tight-knit community, and the awesome workouts. The coaches here are super attentive and make sure you're doing your best. We've got a great setup that makes working out a ton of fun!

Trainers at F45 NMV are excellent: attentive to any prior injuries, provide options to adjust movements and motivating to give it your best at any work out. Always a good sweat session here and keeps me looking forward to the next one. F45 helps me stay consistent with exercise.

Absolutely love this F45 location! All the coaches are so inspirational and motivating! This was the first workout I've tried since having a baby and I'm so happy I did. The workouts kick your ass but in the best way. The workouts are only 45 minutes and they have classes throughout the day. They have events like family/friends beach workout and challenges that push you. The members are always friendly and welcoming which makes you feel like your with family. Love it here!

I've been coming here for 2 years and it's an excellent gym. A few reasons I give it 5 stars: - You don't need to plan anything, you just show up and work. - There are all ages, shapes, and sizes here. Every workout and every exercise can be modified to whatever shape you're in and want to be in. - The coaches are great. They are supportive and knowledgable, not pushy. - It's a supportive community. The other members are kind and supportive to your journey. There's no judgement. - The workouts have it all. Strength, endurance, all muscle groups. I feel like it's a fit for whatever your goal is. Weight loss, building muscle, toning, general wellbeing. I haven't found a more well rounded fitness program out there. - Progress. Even if it's hard at first, if you stick with it, you'll be surprised at what you can do after just a few weeks.

Long overdue review: Been a part of the F45 team for a year. I had sought a local, community built, gym with encouraging coaches and challenging workouts. Found it! I love that you're welcomed walking thru the door by both coaches and other participants. The workouts are challenging, and I'm always leaving with sweat dripping down my face. There's a mix of exercises - and based on the day, you choose between cardio or strength training - and the music helps create a high energy vibe. Some are intimidated by F45, but I think you'd be surprised how supportive everyone is and there are a ton of modifications the coaches will show you to fit for your level. Thanks Coaches!

Thanks to the amazing coaches and friendly atmosphere at F45 N Mission Viejo, working out is fun again! I've been a regular at other places over the years but this gym is something special. The vibe is friendly, supportive and inclusive. In just 4 months of doing F45 functional workouts, I have gone from barely doing knee push-ups to 10 full pushups! I had honestly thought I'd left regular pushups back in my 20s, but sure enough with encouragement from Coaches Troy, Chrissy, Alex, Jamie, Balbak, and all the others, I have gotten so much stronger. I highly recommend this gym.

Looking to build fitness and add energy after a long layoff, I’ve found F45 and the team in North Mission Viejo a great place to start. The coaches have been welcoming and are knowledgeable, supportive and understanding, helping me ramp up and even alter some of the exercises when needed to fit my physical situation. The workouts are challenging but the atmosphere has been motivating to push through and keep improving. Looking forward to next week’s workouts!

I visited this gym for a couple weeks while I was here on vacation. I was so happy I could keep up my workouts while I was away from my home F45. I absolutely love that they offer a week pass — it can be so expensive to pay for each drop in while you’re traveling otherwise!The coaches here have been great — Coach Kaila in particular was incredibly helpful and encouraging. She gave me so many pointers and tips on form that now live in my head rent free and help me perform better and keep my body safer. She’s awesome!Check these guys out!
