Clothes are always so cute, and stylish. I feel like they always have a sale going on so the prices are good for the quality and look of the clothes. I just wished that Mission Mall could price match with the prices online because they have great customer service and it's fun to shop in-person. That being said, I do a lot of online shopping there for our 4 year old.

We went in a few nights ago and I would say that they have a good amount of sale items. But the items in store that were on 'sale' were more than they were online so I ask if they price match, and the manager said they don't. Still confused as to why they don't price match from there actual website- I go to another J&J store, and what do you know.. they price match, at all stores. Not sure why she LIED?? Maybe bc I don't look like the typical customer who shops at J&J and shame on me for asking for the cheaper price that's online?!? . I'll be taking my business to other J&J stores that don't discriminate. Kos nagu, do better.

We went in at 8:05, the doors were wide open. Stephanie, she had a family of 5 still shopping. We waited in line I had a return of two items with a receipt. Stephanie was okay with the family adding on many purchases in the store but would not take my simple return. They were taking way more time than my simple transaction.

Jackie was amazing at solving my online order issue. She was super polite and took care of the problem. Even though I don’t live in CA, she went out of her way to help me and find the dress I needed for my granddaughter and had it shipped out immediately.Thank you Jackie!

Jaqueline, the manager at Janie and Jack of Mission Viejo Mall, was excellent helping me find the clothes in the size my daughter needed. My daughter is 12 and Janie and Jack sells all their designs in that size as well, just not in the actual store. She did a lot of work hunting down these items for me, most of which were on clearance so they were not really available anymore except a pink sweater which is the thing we wanted most so we were happy she found it for us! She located it at another store and allowed me to purchase on the phone in the store from the other location. Thank you for your great customer service that day! The new location in the mall is beautiful, so happy they revamped the store since the old was was really really run down and not looking good anymore. This one is gorgeous.

I shop here for my Granddaughter and the associate Kendal has been amazing. I came in a few times & she took the time to wrap my gifts, but also paired excellent outfits together.

This is the best baby/toddler clothing store by far. The quality of their product is superior to any of their kind. I repeatedly buy my daughter's elegant dresses and outfits in this store for special occasions such as birthdays and any elegant reunion. The shoes are the best quality for your little walker. They provide support, comfort and balance to your little one. I discovered this gem through a family friend after she gave us a present for our daughter from this store and since that day the rest is history. Janie and Jack is now our one stop shop for elegant apparel to suit each of our daughter's special occasions.

I have to say that this store in Mission Viejo rocks!! The reason is because of the amazing customer service!!!! Nanette went out of her way to help me find my items that were all over the USA. She called ordered and made sure I was happy. The best customer service I have gotten in a long time. I love the clothes and the customer service! 10 out of 10

I am so sad to write this review, but it's been on my heart for a while now. The quality of this store has gone downhill. (1.) I was not greeted when I walked into the store (2.) When my older daughter was trying on clothes, my younger daughter saw a dead roach under the bench in the dressing room (gag) (3.) When I told the girl at the counter about the roach it was like no big deal to her. I was an Account manager for a luxury retailer for the Los Angeles area, and let me tell you!! the employees would NEVER have acted this way when told their was a roach. There would be an apology and maybe a little expression of disgust?! (4.) When I checked out, my items were no longer wrapped in the special paper that it used to be wrapped in and I just did not receive the customer service that once existed for Janie and Jack. I understand that Gap purchased this store a few years back and that people in California don't want to work anymore because they are so "scared" of Covid they want to stay home and receive unemployment, but honestly if the quality of who they hire and how they will do business in store is going to be like this then they need to change their pricing to match their sister location... OLD NAVY!!!!! That is where I felt like I was shopping by the laissez-faire attitude and the disgusting floors. I hope the Account Exec/Manager for this location sees this review and gives this store some much needed training on cleanliness and customer service!

This store is like an amazing GAP for those precious toddler years. Outfits or mix and and match and amazing customer service. A must visit if you have a toddler in your lifejust sayin.

I've been in to this store twice now and both times I have received great customer service. I couldn't find my daughter's size in a few items and not only did the woman working search the entire store, she offered to call the fashion island location and locate the sizes I needed. The clothes are high quality and the sizing runs a little large, but great for growing kids. They seem to have a lot of sales and discounts often. If you sign up for emails you can also find out when all the sales are going on. Also if you order online you can do returns in store.

12/2019-Store is still open _________________________________________ It is an understatement to say it, but I LOVE this store. Having a newborn, you quickly learn that all sizes are not consistent amongst stores. I love the style of the clothes at Janie and Jack. They are cute, preppy and durable. I like the sale section but that can be hit or miss. The biggest problem I have here is to be selective, as I could buy the whole store. There are clothes for all occasions and I find their designs to be super cute. The prices can be a little out of reach but sometimes it's nice to splurge on my little one. I tend to purchase either online or when there is a 20%+ off sale.
