I had a return and the associate was very helpful. The mission viejo location I was at was busy with customers shopping but associate was available to assist me and the store looked well maintained.

Was there for the Presidents’ Day weekend sale and got Lucky Brand jeans on sale for 40% plus a T-shirt top. Service was very friendly. Michele was one of the service persons at the checkout and I had some issues with a Macy’s card that I had it used in a while and she was able to resolve that quickly for me.

Seriously, I bought a tux online(jacket and pants} and when it arrived there was only the jacket. They said it was a confirmed delivery and that they would not credit or corrcect the problem. I guess my husband has to go to a black tie affair with no pants!! Their call center must be in the Phillipines as I could not understand anything. Nothing against Phillipinos(I have an in-law], but seriously, hire people we can understand.

Not 1 person asked me if I needed assistance with trying on shoes . I circled around about 3 times. I was there looking around and it was very sad how customer service was zero. There were 2 salespeople by the sunglass case who were chatting away for 20 minutes though. I left and did buy what I came for.
