Here at Macys Mission Viejo jewelry department and we’re the 2nd person in line. we’re supposed to be next but this sales lady MARJAN SKIP US AND IGNORE US and help other customer first. So I ask her in a nice way to get her supervisor and she still ignore us. So, it’s terrible experience with this person.

Enjoyed shopping in-house at Macy's instead of online. Purchased a Waterford vase for a wedding present and also new clothes at Ralph Lauren. I've missed this experience.

Very disappointed in plus womens clothing selection and poor quality for high prices. Racks were a mess, no one organizing the racks, sizes all mixed up, stuff on the floor, poorly laid out. Couldn't wait to leave.
