Midas in Mission Viejo is an absolutely reliable and super friendly place. The staff are very accommodating and provide amazing customer service, with some of the best received. They are friendly, professional, and offer clear pricing. The shop is impeccably clean. The team takes the time to show customers the issues on their car and explains the work done. They do more than they have to, accommodating needs that other shops will not, and complete the work in less time than quoted, putting cars in tiptop condition. The experience is great and so much better than a dealership. This is the shop customers plan to come back to, and they can be highly recommended.
