My service rep Baldimar (Sorry, I might have misspelled his name!), was awesome at keeping me informed and dealing with the difficult insurance companies involved with the accident. My car was done ahead of schedule and was returned to me looking perfect! I'm super happy with their service!β
βSingle Ladies,,,,this is a safe place to take your car!! I was told that my alternator needed to be replaced by another shop. Jr. was very helpful and said that they have a way to test the alternator before replacing it. When I came in, Emil helped me and tested my car. I'm so happy with his report that my alternator is good. I told him that women are always looking for someone they can trust with repairs for their car. He agreed and said he had several sisters and understood my concerns. So grateful to have found Emil and Jr.:)β
βI have had some really good luck over the years with mechanics up in the Bay Area. When I relocated to OC a month ago I met Jim, and had multiple vehicles in for service. Michael was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, personable, and best of all, there was absolutely no pressure. My son was buying the car for me as a special birthday gift after my move to California, and Michael and Louay worked hard to make sure I got the car and features I wanted.
One of my favorite parts was discovering that Michael surfs. I mentioned that learning to surf is on my new California bucket list, which inspired me to add a roof rack to my negotiation wish list😊. Louay made it happen, and I’m happy to report that my new Niro now has a brand-new roof rack, ready for the surfboard that WILL one day be riding up there!

βI am a 23 year repeat customer of Mikes Auto. Way back on July 3, 2001, we had a car break down. I pulled out a Yellow Pages (remember that?) and started making calls. Mike answered the phone and saved us. We have brought our cars to Mike since that day and became friends. When Mike retired, (hard day for sure) he asked us to trust Angel. Angel is awesome !! βCustomer service here is the absolute best. I have a Fiat 500e. On a Sunday morning, I got a warning light about my 12-volt battery and the brakes. I say a recommendation on Facebook. I called them to set up an appointment for Monday. I was very surprised to find out they are open on Sundays. Dale said if I bring my car in before noon they can help me. Grant took care of me. My car was ready by 4pm. I picked it up the next morning. Everyone that help me were all so nice. Reasonably priced. I got text messages with updates and even a link to view their shop camera so I could see my car. I will definitely be bringing my Camry here when it needs serviceβ
βThe battery died when my wife was at a Valvoline oil change. It couldn't be jumped so a new battery was installed. The employee told her there was a lot of corrosion and they cleaned the terminal. Two weeks later the car wouldn't start. I checked the battery and the terminal cable was loose and more corrosion. Tried to tighten and pushed it down and it started. Two days later it didn't start, used a wrench to hammer terminal down and it started. Went to Chuck and hewas able to replace the terminal and it was tight and clean. Charged a nominal fee for labor and so far so good. Friendly service and quick, although this was an easy job. I would highly recommend Chuck.β

βThe clutch on my moderately modified Saturn Sky Redline finally gave up the ghost. Greg had experience with this type of car, so I trusted him to do the job of upgrading to performance parts made by SPEC. In the process of disassembling the Driveline, we found that the drive shaft, which is no longer available from the OEM source, was damaged. We first tried rebuilding it but it wasn't perfectly balanced so we got a brand new aftermarket one. Through all this, Greg and his team were patient, friendly, extremely careful about marking things, and making sure they were put back in the right place. Greg and SoCal Automotive have my very highest recommendation for honesty, attention to detail, and customer service. Don't hesitate to take your car here no matter the problem!β
