“The staff is out on the floor right away to greet their curio ! The quality of their food seems good! So is the variety of products to choose from! Someone gave me a bag of a dry food my fussy dog seemed to love and take to right away! Pet Warehoude is the only store in our area that Carrie’s it! My little chihuahua is very fussy and not an enthusiastic eater so when I’ve find something she likes I get it! Shes on a special diet now to rule out and pinpoint why she’s doing this! However she’s now with a specialist and I am determined to to see her through this! At twelve years old and four pounds skipping her meals isn’t an option! I love her so much! ?⭕️???❤️??❣️????????”

“This review is long overdue, but PetPlus has truly become my favorite pet store. They have every product you could need, and the staff is what really sets them apart. Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable!
I want to give a special shout-out to Kami, who went above and beyond during a very uncomfortable situation. While I was shopping a couple months ago, another customer began behaving in a way that made me feel unsafe. Kami immediately noticed, stayed close, intervened when necessary, and made sure I felt safe and supported afterward. Her compassion and quick action meant, and still means, so much to me and I can’t thank her enough.
I’ll continue to recommend PetPlus not only for their great selection, but for the incredible people who work there.”
