I had a multi-item return to the store (10+ items) that was pretty tricky. The two young girls who worked there were SO helpful, patient, and wonderful. They made me feel at ease in a stressful situation for a technologically challenged 40 something. I highly recommend this store!

Five stars!!The best UPS in the area. The folks here are the nicest people. I forgot my phone and they waited for me to come and grab it even after they closed. They are super fast when I drop off my Amazon orders and very efficient. Thanks for the great customer service. Always love coming here!

If I could give this UPS store more than 5 stars I would! I started coming here when Ali first opened this location. I am a frequent customer and have Never once been disappointed with their knowledge, willingness to help me in any way ( and as a senior citizen there have been a few) everyone that works there from the owner down is always pleasant & patient. They even help me out when I have a USPS return & don’t really want to go to that “ other store” they have a courtesy box where the USPS personal picks up their things once a day Besides returns & postage needs they have a variety of inventory to make your every day life easier. I could go on & on about how outstanding this UPS store is but why not come in & see for yourself? You won’t be disappointed

Rachel Jennifer Lesley are the reason why this is the best UPS store in town. I highly recommend this location. Joseph is okay too but the girls are exceptional.

This UPS Store is the best!! The staff are always so friendly and helpful!! I can’t say enough amazing things about this store!! Plus, unlike the “other” store on LF and Trabuco, they won’t charge you to close a package with their packing tape.

On 6/11/2024, my wife and I arranged for 83 mugs to be shipped to New York for a total of $381, which was paid without issue. Unexpectedly, we received a call stating that we had been undercharged and that the new total was $800. The woman repeatedly claimed she had clarified the charges, but this was not the case, leaving us confused about the significant price increase. Additionally, she could not guarantee delivery by Thursday as initially promised. We declined to pay the inflated price and through a third-party shipping app instead opted for our own labels and insurance, costing $295 to ensure delivery by today (Thursday). Despite informing her of our arrangements, she continued insisting she had communicated the costs, making us feel like we were being scammed. Only positive was being refunded and paying even less than what was quoted and knowing this location would never have our business again.

There really is no better place for all your shipping, faxing, scanning, Amazon returns or simply mailing anything . Leslie, Alli and staff are just awesome 🤩 .
Always a smile, very personable and willing to help in any way possible.
The store is spotlessly clean, and even has great office supplies.
My only go to store for personal or professional UPS needs.

This is the BEST UPS store I've ever worked with! Friendly professional staff and always accommodating! They truly care about whatever you ask them to do. I've had them print trade show tablecloths and they came out perfect - high quality! They folded them perfectly and neatly for shipping. I always come here for color printouts and of course for shipping UPS. I'm so glad they opened this store near me!

This is what I call excellent customer service. Having been an HR executive for years and also a customer service manager for a few years, I recognize the importance of great staff. A few days ago I asked for everyone's name because they are all outstanding: Lesley, Jennifer, Rachel, Ali, and Joseph. PS The store is well stocked and they have notaries. In fact Ali helped us with several documents. And, the plant in the store makes it so pleasant.
