“I am also extremely surprised by some of these negative reviews. The branch manager was every bit a gentleman and really went above and beyond to make sure that I had a nice clean car at the crack of closing. The car I got was brand new but he was somewhat apologetic for it being 'dusty' and offered me a slight discount which was not necessary at all. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and had the utmost in customer service. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.”

“I have made about 3 visits so far to A-1 and will continue to do so as they are amazing! I haven't met people who give off genuine care at an auto shop like Reza and the team do here.Most recently I needed a part replaced and after giving them my warranty info they took it upon themselves to make sure I had as much help as I could get with cost. In my years and years of going to several BMW shops, no one has ever put in the work to do so. I knew right away that they were in the business of looking out for the customer. I feel grateful that I stumbled upon A-1 and would recommend to everyone.”
