Went in a couple of weeks ago, ordered my phone, came back, they set it up and transferred my data. All told maybe 60 minutes. Great service from Chris. All around good experience!

Came in with some SIM card problems the other day, was immediately greeted before the door closed behind me. The gentleman behind the counter, Chris, was very helpful and quick to respond to my handful of questions. Extremely nice and I felt like my business was appreciated. Thanks again Chris!

Adam and the manager were very helpful in helping me navigate the best cell phone plan and the trade in system. They were very understand and patient with me when I have several questions and concerns , and were able to resolve them for me.

Do not go to this store if you're doing online or corporate transactions. I ordered a phone online for pickup and had an issue. Before I even go the phone the person helping me was dismissive and unfriendly. I realized I had a problem with the order and he refused to help because they're not a corporate store. Didn't bother to tell me where I could find one or give me any help with correcting my order. I'll stick to corporate stores from now on

Chris and Luis were phenomenal. They understood my issues, concerns and solved all my problems with considerable attentiveness, helpfulness and showed me that my business was much appreciated. I cannot recommend enough. I actually went to them after having a sub par, to put it mildly, experience at the Verizon in Laguna Niguel and both Chris and Luis went above and beyond what I expected. They not only got me everything I needed but made sure to let me know that I could always come to them if I had any other questions or concerns. That is class. That is what makes me want to comeback. Thank you guys! Appreciate you!
