“I have lived at Park Brighton before it was about six years ago. Absolutely loved it. The only reason I moved was I had a chance to move back to my hometown at Patterson. When I needed a new apartment the first place I checked was Park Brighton nowhere else. Not only do I feel safe here, but I know the manager very well from when I lived here before she’s very good and she keeps an eye on the property. She now lives on the property so she is always here. She will take care of business she does not let things go undone. If you needed something fixed it’s fixed. There’s no IFA or butts about it so if you want a clean safe wonderful place to live you need to check out Park Brighton. It is so good and you will love working with Anita and Carmen.”

“I walked by this place from time to time headed to the Walgreens right next to it. Four stars because it's gated and I have not much else to tell about this place. Just that there's a lot of stores across the street from it.”

“I have lived here for 7 (ish) months and I have had a really positive experience. It’s a quiet, clean, safe complex. In my experience office staff/maitenance has handled requests within a few days, and the grounds are always clean and kept up nicely. The gym and pools are always clean and nice. Lyndsey the assistant manager and Whitney the manager are always helpful if I have a concern and get back to me really quickly. The moving in paperwork process with them was also seamless. Any issues I’ve seen in other posts seem to be just the norm for living in an apartment complex with shared public spaces (laundry ect.) The issue with ants/roaches that I’ve seen in other posts seems to be a city issue and they offer complimentary indoor/outdoor spraying upon request so I haven’t had any issues with pests at all. Overall a great place to live.”
