“I have been living in this apartment complex for about a month now. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience, though there are a few areas that could be improved. 🏘 👍 Pros:Great Upkeep & Quiet Environment: The complex is very quiet, and the staff constantly works hard to keep it clean. 🧹🪣Excellent Maintenance Team: Although the buildings are a bit older, whenever a maintenance issue arises, the team responds promptly and kindly. A huge thank you to Chloe and the maintenance team for their hard work! 🙏 If management continues to maintain this level of care, resident satisfaction will remain high. 💗 👎 Cons (Areas for Improvement):Bird Droppings Issue: There are bird nests on the wooden trim of the second-floor windows. This leads to a lot of bird droppings on the ground below, which compromises cleanliness. 🪶Garage Cleaning: While the garage is a charming and highly functional space, the dirt and bird droppings accumulated in the corners make it less appealing to use. I hope the team can address this cleaning issue soon.”

“I moved in to a townhouse on Empress Ln in May of 2023. It was the nicest place I’d ever rented, and perfect for me, a single teacher. It was 20 minutes from work, and the second bedroom was my office. I enjoyed decorating my front porch and balcony; it was home. In February 2026 I was diagnosed with Stage 3 ovarian cancer and my life changed. I had to move for financial reasons. I miss my home every day. I planned to live there until I retired and was saving to buy my own home. I recommend living in this community. The management is great and was always attentive to my needs. I would still be living there if not for this awful diagnosis. I miss my home, and I’m heartbroken.”
