“Yesterday I went to Napa Auto Parts. The gentlemen there told me that none of the wipers would fit my BMW because the window washer nozzles are on the wiper arm. I called BMW and they wanted $85 a piece. Unreal. I’m not against spending money where it counts, but this is just unreasonable. So I decided to get a second opinion. I dropped by O’Rielly, and - Austin - was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He grabbed a couple pairs and did some trial and error, and boom, done. Saved me over $100 on just wipers. Highly recommend.”

“I had to go in 30 min before closing on Saturday night to have my batter and alternator tested. All 3 men were friendly and professional. I was helped by a gentleman who was very informative and seemed to know his stuff about automotive issues with our brief talk about my problem truck and a lot of battery questions. He directed me to the store manager who also assisted with looking up my last battery purchase and answering additional questions I had regarding portable battery jumpstarters. Although I did not interact with the 3rd gentleman much, he was friendly by acknowledging a customer in the store and mopping the floors in a safe and hardworking manner. “I never leave reviews at all but I have to on this occasion and have to absolutely rave on the manager Matt at this Oreillys on Standiford avenue. I’m a commercial account and never ask for special treatment however Matt personally goes out of his way to help me. I had ordered a part today and told it’d be here at 4pm. Well I called and something happened and would t be here til Sunday. Matt literally drove his personal car all the way across town to the hub and back to get me my part. “I went in there to get some breaking fluid, and the young lady that helped me was such a doll she was so sweet the reason I give it a 4 instead of 5 is because the other lady working with her was so rude to me when I asked if I could use the restroom to just wash my hands. Which is no problem but she said it really rude and with attitude that is was not for public. But the lovely Brandy I believe was her name went out of her way to help me and even gave me some wipes to at least help me. I hope she eventually gets to get a higher position she deserves it!”

THIS THRIFT STORE!I could seriously spend like a week in there sifting thru all of the hidden treasures. they have name brand items, like Vans, Nike, MissMe Jeans, True Religion...and even higher end clothing, like Marc Jacobs, Stacey Adams, and Vera Wang I've seen it all in there. Much more cost friendly than Plato's Wallet Killer Closet.... better product and never over $20. I bought a brand new drawstring Nike backpack with matching shoes for under $20. They have sales that actually save you money. And, they've got a huge.selection of home decor, like paintings, shelves, and other furniture. There's household appliances, like a big selection of Shark vacuum and shampooers. They have outdone the Goodwill Store, which used to be in that building before them.I'm actually on my way there right now to buy some new shirts, a couple pair of jeans, and hopefully I will also find a pair of sneakers to match an outfit. I usually do.One more thing: The people who work there are really cool. They treat their customers with respect, and they are helpful with things like loading furniture and other large items in your car or truck. Always friendly, never rude or impatient.”
