Chase phone customer service is awful but the ladies in this bank go above and beyond for their clients. I don't believe I've had anyone help make sure I was takin care of the way they did.

Well this is my mother's personal banking choice and she says they're awesome because she's been with them for quite a while so I'm going to trust it and definitely recommend ??

I've always had a great experience with Chase wheather I use ATM or teller. They are pushing the ATM machines which I use primarily. I am a business owner and have very little time to wait in line but when i go to a teller they are helpful but the WAIT is longer. WE ARE IN THE COMPUTER AGE!!!
