They were super friendly and I actually found myself chatting with the lady at one point even (I have social anxiety so that's rare) they were extremely professional and very helpful. She suggested options I had already explained that I tried. I called the San Jose branch and spoke to Fernanda that was extremely helpful, she listened, and helped find a better solution.
