Their system was down due to a microsoft web outage but everyoe in here was so super jice and extreamly helpful!

I'm with patients all day and I work long hours, so it doesn't help that most banks are closing by 4. I was able to get my business done. Thanks to the helpful staff.”

“Went in today and opened an account. After a very poor interaction at Valley First Credit Union the customer service reps here were a breath of fresh air. They were super friendly and I actually found myself chatting with the lady at one point even (I have social anxiety so that's rare) they were extremely professional and very helpful. I chose this bank because the week earlier I'd been in to cash a check someone had written me and the clerks helping me were genuinely nice and helpful, so after my other bank screwed me again I made sure to go back!! “I recently had a negative experience speaking with a customer service representative at Modesto branch. The call service teller was rude and not helpful at all. She suggested options I had already explained that I tried. I called the San Jose branch and spoke to Fernanda that was extremely helpful, she listened, and helped find a better solution. I greatly appreciate her help. Thank you Fernanda! You're the best. The Modesto branch could definitely use training from Fernanda.”
