By far the WORST experience I've ever had with a bank/organization. Go to a credit union instead and avoid this bank at all cost.

The service is terrible, I tried to open an account and they did not want to give me any information that I was looking for online when they did not have a single client

Wow!!! Horrible service!!! If you like to wait in line for ever this is the place for you!!! Four associates talking and ignoring customers. The manager comes out and ask if we would like to go outside and use the ATM instead.
