Japanese Imports Auto Service, located in Modesto, CA, offers a range of smog check services, including smog testing for DMV renewals and out-of-state vehicles. With over 20 years of experience and ASE Master Technicians, they provide fast and affordable smog checks. Customers appreciate the clean and nice waiting room and the friendly service, with some noting the staff's willingness to work through lunch to accommodate schedules. However, there are concerns about reliability, as business hours may not always align with availability, and issues with the smog machine for older vehicles have been reported. Additionally, there was an incident regarding payment privacy that raised concerns.
Decent price, fast and friendly, no B.S. I will take my Honda here again, next time.
