JD Sports provides great customer service. The staff is quick, kind, and helpful. Managers are polite and make sure customers get the correct size to try on. Some employees, like Isaak Mora, offer great suggestions. The store has a great selection and good prices. However, some customers have experienced poor service with workers appearing unapproachable. Overall, JD Sports is a good place to shop with a wide range of products and mostly helpful staff.
