I walked in young girl black hair helped me out to set up and embroidery payed everything went smooth but she just said come back in 30 mins. I came back and asked the older gentlemen in sport ware doing the embroidery how long it would take he said 10 mins I came back a few mins after 10 and I didn’t want to bother the man working again so I waited and a diferentes girl also young tall with curly hair wearing a hat and 2 jackets looked at me then mumbled something under her breath and looked away at this point I was a bit angry I didn’t really have any instruction on where to pick up my hat and I could tell that the curly hair girl was getting irritated with me so I just went to the register to wait in line when it came to my turn the girl that first helped me left and the girl with curly hair was there she said hey and I was wassup everything good you koo? She straight folded ? anyways I just wanted my hat I didn’t care how long it took I just didn’t want to keep walking back in the store other than that he did an amazing job on the hat

Got a hat as a gift that was too small. Called Lids at the Modesto Mall to see if they had my size. They confirmed they had that hat in my size, so I drove to the mall that day. The salesman explained that they didn't have my size. No refund available, no offer to order my hat. This is why I shop on Amazon.

If I could give zero stars I would. My sons grandma purchased my son a hat last Monday from this location and it was too big and doesn't fit my sons head. We came in today 9/11/2022 at 12:40pm to try to return or exchange we did not have the receipt which the employee stated was fine. We handed the hat over and the employee took it out of the bag and immediately stated we could not do an exchange or return because of the condition the hat was in. I'm confused because there is absolutely nothing wrong with the hat. I asked him what the issue was and he said there is a dent on the hat there's no dent at all the hat still has the price tag and stickers on it. The employees were very rude and handed the hat back and continued their conversation as if no one was in the store. I will never be shopping here again. Very unprofessional and not helpful.

Wow... the lack of customer service that exists in this place is amazing. The worst was the "Edgar" looking kid that wasn't at all helpful, ask him a question and just says no without coming up with solutions, options or alternatives. Not coming here again.
