“Great customer service, I had to send an email and cc'd myself to make sure it sent. After 7 minutes or so, I still hadn't received the email. I asked them to check on their end and I had misspelled my own email!!!! Ugh They were generous enough to resend the file to my correct email address. They were not only very helpful, but very patient and considerate with me. I will definitely use them again!”

“I used this store to send a very important document, and needed some extra assistance. Asia helped me. She also caught a crucial error on my forms before she sent them. This not only saved me time but potentially a considerable amount of money. Very much appreciated!”

“I've never had any issues here, the staff has always been friendly and professional. I have had to use their notary services several times, and they have always done everything correctly and have never had any issues with any of the documents they handled for me. “I needed to make copies of some important papers and I was short on funds but the young lady working there ( maybe the owner) saw that i was not going to have enough money, told me don't worry about it. I'm grateful for the gesture and will repay her . She didn't have to do that so I will now give her all my business!!!! Of course I will pay for her services ?”

“First time customer, but I plan on continuing to give this establishment my business. It is a mother/daughter family ran business, and these ladies will go above and beyond to help you with whatever it is you need. I went in to get some custom concert tickets printed for my daughter and I was beyond impressed with the results. Thank You Maria! My daughter will be very excited and happy with her birthday gift all thanks to you .”

“I cannot let the day go by without mentioning well deserved appreciation for excellent customer service! I came in to have a copy of my house key made, I had a difficult time getting my key out of my key chain and Kumar ( I think he's the owner?) went above and beyond to assist. Not only did he volunteer to help get my stubborn key out of my keychain but he did with so with so much appreciation for my business. I take the time to write this because he spent a good 15-20 min with me for a $5.00 sale. I worked at Nordstrom for 12 years, and great customer service is something I always look for and unfortunately, rare these days.. great job Kumar! It's the small kindness people remember. I will be referring customers to you, and I will certainly be back to spend more money there.”

“The people working here were very kind. I needed some things shipped, and I asked them if they would be any cheaper than a big chain, and they were very honest about it! Don’t listen to all these bad reviews. It seems there’s new management here, and the people are super friendly.”
