“Great customer service, I had to send an email and cc'd myself to make sure it sent. After 7 minutes or so, I still hadn't received the email. I asked them to check on their end and I had misspelled my own email!!!! Ugh They were generous enough to resend the file to my correct email address. They were not only very helpful, but very patient and considerate with me. I will definitely use them again!”

“Kimmer printed my business cards several years ago. Since I've moved I needed new cards and Kimmer reached out just at the right time. She had my old card on file and was able to make the necessary changes for a reasonable fee. She also added on a QR code which was her great idea and recommended a heavier card stock. I love the new card. I highly recommend going to Kimmer because you get her professional advice too, which is worth a few extra dollars instead of printing your cards from an impersonal online business.”

“I cannot let the day go by without mentioning well deserved appreciation for excellent customer service! I came in to have a copy of my house key made, I had a difficult time getting my key out of my key chain and Kumar ( I think he's the owner?) went above and beyond to assist. Not only did he volunteer to help get my stubborn key out of my keychain but he did with so with so much appreciation for my business. I take the time to write this because he spent a good 15-20 min with me for a $5.00 sale. I worked at Nordstrom for 12 years, and great customer service is something I always look for and unfortunately, rare these days.. great job Kumar! It's the small kindness people remember. I will be referring customers to you, and I will certainly be back to spend more money there.”

“Today I went into the store to return a few things and was helped by Luis.I hope I’m spelling the name rt. My gosh he was phenomenal awesome customer service a delight to talk to regarding issues on why I was returning very informative. Luis is the type of customer representative we need in today’s world with such negativity and rudeness. Luis was opposite upbeat friendly and very positive in the way he carried on a conversation and his personality which I loved”
