“Went in today to get a last-minute tux for my son for prom. Zeke helped us, and he is phenomenal! He looked at him and sized him to a T down to the shoe size!! My son hates trying on clothes & will literally go without new clothes or shoes because of it. Our experience at Rossini’s was amazing & completely different from last year’s tux rental at the big name Men’s clothing store here. I highly recommend them!!”

“I came in to buy a suit because I had a huge court date and I Needed to look fresh and I needed it quickly. I went in on a Wednesday around 6pm, and I received 2 suits tailored and ready to go by 7pm the next day. There were sizing factors that made it easy to match 1 suit to the other which they noticed and didn't try to upsell me on, as well as assuring a better timeline for alterations. I am more than happy, and returned for secondary purchases following my court date. I received compliments from the bailiff and entire audience on my suit. I felt like a million bucks and their service was more than exemplary. I can't thank Pheronis enough for all of their help.”

“I am a longtime customer at the Royal Robbins store. I have always loved their Billy Goat shorts, their hiking pants, tee-shirts and the woven belts (that they used to carry). My husband and I first started shopping at Royal Robbins back in the early 1970s when they were in their original location. And over the years we always went to their fantastic warehouse sales, coming home with bags and bags of great deals! But this review today is about my most recent visits, which were yesterday and today. What a great time my friends and I had shopping at Royal Robbins! They've had a really great sale going on for a few days, where on certain racks, the clothes were only $10.00 each! Needless to say, I found many cute things that fit great! I went back today and purchased a few more items and found some really nice pants that were highly reduced. One pair was 70% off! Donna and Rachael were awesome and were so helpful to each of us. My friends and I had so much fun chatting with them while we were shopping and at the checkout counter. What a fun day. I know I can speak, not only for myself, but for my friends as well, that we will be back soon, looking for more good deals!”

“My daughter loves coming here!! I used to shop at Hot Topic as a teen now my daughter does. Hot Topic has consistently had great products! You can get cool graphic tees , jewelry for piercings, all kinds of goodies. I took her this weekend and bought her school clothes and they had so many cute things!! All the girls that were working that day were super sweet & a big help. I love the rewards program hot topic has. I had a $5 reward because of a previous purchase.”

“Brooklynn is such a sweetheart!!! I came in not really sure what kind of Jean vibe I wanted and right away she was so helpful of finding me the correct sizes and shade of jeans. She even recommended me different pieces while I was in the fitting room and I ended up taking those pieces home instead of what I picked out originally. She is so kind, patient, understanding, lovely, and overall sweet vibe. I came back to return some items the next day because the sizing was big ( I should have listened to her sizing advice) and ended up leaving with EVEN more items thanks to her help. She even helped me find a shirt for my partner. Loveee girlies like her.”

“Update: The customer service team helped me to remedy the issue.Bought a few hundred dollars worth of clothing from Express that looked really nice. Unfortunately, one of the dress pants had a button come loose upon first wear.I tried returning in-store and they said that without the original tag I cannot return it, and told me to call customer service. I called customer service and they said to go in-store and there is nothing that can be done on the phone.Yeah... the customer service is that bad. Hoping now that the other pieces of clothing stay in tact, but the back-and-forth just left a bad taste that I don't think it's worth going back anymore.”
