“I was able to get the citrus tree I wanted, beautiful little things for the house inside. Lots of options and wonderful customer service! Will definitely come back!”
“Nice People, and they really are helpful and kind. I used the entrance which had a sign saying that DO NOT ENTER EXIT ONLY because my Semi Truck and 53’ Trailer were accessible just in this entrance to make more room for turning and backing . Also, the staff told me everybody use this entrance, so I was happy to use this entrance, and had more space. The sign should be changed to Truck Entrance for creating more convenient.”
“Joe in the nursery department was professional, approachable, and easy to work with. He greeted us promptly upon arrival and was very helpful with our bulk garden purchase. The aisles were clean, well organized, and made for an efficient and pleasant shopping experience.”
“We were able to pick the brilliant brain of Marvin Dommer to solve our pest problems in the most earth friendly of ways! He’s a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Everything we needed was in stock. Had we been at any other home improvement store we would have NEVER had the qualified help we got.”
“I made another trip to The Home Depot since it was the closest location. I was there for several garden and home supplies. Overall customer service was good, but Eric was especially helpful and truly went above and beyond. He assisted me in locating the correct battery for a Ryobi product, which saved me a lot of time. Checkout was also smooth—quick and efficient.”
“Was in the carpenter road store today and had to find some faucet washers, but they all looked the same to me. I got help from a employee named Shail and he went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. Thanks Shail and sorry if I got the name spelled wrong.”
“LaRonda Hafeli appliances is amazing!! She took her time to help us out and was super sweet the entire time. We also were looking for a tool box and Bob was extremely helpful. Such great customer service!”
“My favorite Home Depot Store. I've spent thousands this year alone renovating a fixer upper home. Big shoutout to Sandra in the customer service desk. She has helped with unloading, loading and returns. Talk about a one stop person, Home Depot Ceres should be very proud of having someone like Sandra within their ranks!”
