“We had an excellent experience with Direct Appliance in Modesto. We originally went in looking for a refrigerator, but after talking with Kris Winter and Samuel “Sam” Garret, we decided to remodel our outdated 1960s galley kitchen as well.
Sam and the team helped us create a practical, affordable plan that fit our home and our lifestyle. They handled everything from relocating plumbing and installing new flooring to adding custom cabinets, countertops, and new appliances.
Even when unexpected issues came up during the remodel, Sam communicated clearly, provided reasonable solutions, and kept the project moving according to schedule. The organization, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding.
A year later, we still love our kitchen and appreciate the quality of the work every time we use it. Direct Appliance is a family-owned local business that truly cares about its customers and the finished product.

“Saint was our salesperson. He was a fantastic person for what we needed kind of the perfect annoyance perfect kind of annoyance without being too much. I don't know that you understand what it is I'm trying to say here but most women would understand. A definite asset for any community and I think that should be taken seriously. “Excellent Service! Knowledgeable in the Appliance Industry. I brought my LG dryer in for a tuneup because of a screeching sound. Mr. Perez diagnosed it and fixed it for 1/3 of the price that other repair shops quoted me to have it repaired. I had to pay more as a tip just to make my conscience feel better. I highly recommend this place to have your appliance repaired. If you are looking to buy and own, there is a great selection to choose from. This establishment has many parts on hand so that customers do not have to wait to have parts ordered and delivered. LGs require special parts and ordering, however, I did not have this issue.”

“Ive been here 3 different times I needed a belt for my kenmore dryer then my sister needed a washer clutch assembly then my dad needed springs for his dryer and all 3 times they were in stock for same day pickup and were only between 20 to 50 dollars will keep coming back.”
