Pac Sun is false advertising their “BOGO 50”. See receipt below. Idk what kind of discount this is but it isn’t 50%. When I asked the cashiers about it they were so rude and basically told me they didn’t know and they obviously didn’t care.

I entered the PacSun store in Modesto, CA. (3401 Dale Rd, Modesto, CA 95356 Vintage Fair Mall) I tried to use a PacSun gift card. When I tried to use the gift card, the person working the counter would not allow me, saying they had no way to redeem it at that store. "They didn't have the right equipment." But the instructions on the gift card clearly showed the associate( Angie). How to redeem the gift card. After refusing for 10 minutes, I found a Manager who could redeem the gift card. When I tried to inform the Manager of a training issue, the employee became angry and called me rude; the manager( Isaac) did nothing to stop her. Then, when trying to explain the issue to them, a 3rd employee ganged up on my daughter and I (Seth), threatening to have us removed rather than solving our problem during the threat of having us removed. They continued to make rude comments. I don't know who trains these people, but it is disgraceful.

Today after work i went in for a return and was practically ignored and met with extreme sarcasm. i work in the mall and usually get along with other mall workers but instead i was made feel uncomfortable and like i wasn’t welcome . it’s saddening because i used to love coming every few days since i work right across . i typically don’t write reviews but this employee really gave me a horrible experience

Very bad customer service. I came by today and they were closed because they were going on lunch? I’ve never seen or heard of a corporate store close because they need to go on lunch? I’m so confused. Traveled from out of town to come here just for them to be closed. I called the store to ask what time they’d be opening back up and they said an hour because the managers were all on lunch. I asked to be given a specific time as I live an hour away and the girl said it depended on the manager and what time they wanted to open back up. So unprofessional.

To start off my friend was in line before me and there was no one at the desk. She said the workers were standing around talking to their friends. Then when it was my turn the worker told the person behind me to go first because they were buddies or something. He told me "let me just get her over with" when she had multiple things, while I had one shirt. They were going very slow because they were talking together which wasted more of my time. This is the worst service I've ever experienced at this location.

Bought a tee and some jeans the other day and found out they don't fit, so I came the next day to return them, as it says on the website," You can return in-store purchases to any PacSun store within 30 days. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AGREEMENTIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, PacSun will be happy to offer a return or exchange on your merchandise as long as the items are in their original sellable condition (certain restrictions apply)." 1. It was an in-store purchase and it was within 30 days. 2. I was NOT satisfied with my purchase. 3. They were in PRISTINE, FRESH condition.I know it also says on the website that they have the right to decline any return-- which I understand when a customer is being rude or the purchased items have been tampered or whatever, but I was nothing but cooperative, kind, even timid if you will and the clothes were good as new. I asked to return them and the cashier just straight up told me no. I asked why and he just proceeded to say they "don't do returns". Didn't offer me anything in exchange in value or points, wasn't apologetic or anything, he just told me there was nothing they can do and dismissed me. Customer service is terrible, will NOT be coming back.

Terrible customer service, I think the name was Amanda. Two girls, super unprofessional. Made a comment about my girlfriend after not putting back an item in the correct spot. She said “lazy POS”. Won’t ever go back, loved their merchandise but not their employees.

I've never wished more that this app was able to give 0 stars. Do NOT shop here and if you absolutely must make sure you really like what your buying. I bought my son a flannel on a Sunday around 1:00pm, he didn't like it came back around 5:30 Ish and they said they couldn't do a same day return, Annoying! I came back the next day, Monday, after work and had to wait 25 minutes because the manager was on a "conference call." And apparently regular sales associates cannot do returns. Ridiculous! I love nothing better than wasting my time on multiple days. HORRIBLE customer service!!
