“Jessica, who works in the passport services area of this post office, is truly exceptional and deserving of immediate recognition.
In the short time I interacted with her, she demonstrated remarkable professionalism, empathy, kindness, honesty, and extensive knowledge of the process. Her dedication and genuine care for customers are evident, and she carries herself with a sincerity and grace that are rare to find.
Although my situation was complex, I will keep it brief: without Jessica’s assistance, my husband and I would not have been able to complete our passport applications in time for our 20th wedding anniversary trip. Her support made all the difference, and we are deeply grateful.
Thank you once again, Jessica, for your outstanding service. My husband and I sincerely appreciate everything you did for us.

“I came in with a field hockey stick and no idea on how to get it packaged and shipped back to NY. Rick was fantastic and helped me out. I will be coming back for all of my postage needs!”
