People who work the counter should be friendly and helpful. On more than one occasion I've encountered two who have no business dealing with the public. Maybe they should be moved to the back room.

I came in with a field hockey stick and no idea on how to get it packaged and shipped back to NY. Rick was fantastic and helped me out. I will be coming back for all of my postage needs!
