Cameron was our technician and it was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained the process beforehand and explained things after the installation. I won't hesitate to reach out to Safelite in the future (but I hope there is no need to).

The whole experience was good, they sent the wrong unheated windshield and replace with the correct one the next day. The only issue was this small piece that was left on top of the car. I know where it goes but cannot make it fit there.
