Shadowbrook Apartments is a well-maintained community with helpful management and professional, timely maintenance. The property has seen ongoing improvements and is located conveniently near retail and walking areas. Security is strong with regular patrols by Alpine Security. The apartments are updated and affordable, though some residents note higher rent rates that may not suit those with Section 8 vouchers. While there are more bugs than usual and shared laundry can be inconvenient, overall, residents find the complex responsive and recommend it.
Thought this was affordable housing but the new rent rates exceed the payment standards for those with Section 8 vouchers! Sad for disabled and elderly on the program.

Not my favorite experience, but it was a good distance to freeway. Just wished there was better communication.
