I came in to have a copy of my house key made, I had a difficult time getting my key out of my key chain and Kumar ( I think he's the owner?) went above and beyond to assist. Not only did he volunteer to help get my stubborn key out of my keychain but he did with so with so much appreciation for my business. I take the time to write this because he spent a good 15-20 min with me for a $5.00 sale. “I like this place for making copies and sending EBAY packages. Give them my memory stick and they print the label right away. I made the mistake of trying another place closer to me, and they told me my memory stick would not work. Went to Postal Connections right after and had no problem whatsoever. I may have to drive a little farther, but it's worth the drive. Great customer service, everyone is very friendly and treat you good. Highly recommend.”
