“I found this spot on google because I was out of town and had to print and submit paper work asap. The lady there was beyond amazing ! I’m kinda slow when it comes to my phone lol, she helped me save documents and send it to her to print. Also she helped me get it mailed out and while I was filling it out she noticed I was doing it wrong, stopped me and helped me get it all fixed. Thank you so much for everything! And that exceptional customer service! I would highly recommend this place.”

“I cannot let the day go by without mentioning well deserved appreciation for excellent customer service! I came in to have a copy of my house key made, I had a difficult time getting my key out of my key chain and Kumar ( I think he's the owner?) went above and beyond to assist. Not only did he volunteer to help get my stubborn key out of my keychain but he did with so with so much appreciation for my business. I take the time to write this because he spent a good 15-20 min with me for a $5.00 sale. I worked at Nordstrom for 12 years, and great customer service is something I always look for and unfortunately, rare these days.. great job Kumar! It's the small kindness people remember. I will be referring customers to you, and I will certainly be back to spend more money there.”
“Talk about a diamond in the rough. I was looking for a notary, and was referred to this place by another shipping store. I called and sure enough, Teryn, is a notary onsite. So, I went in with my papers and UPS sticker and she did it all for me. They even provide you with copies you notarize for free. She was super friendly! Other places charge for ridiculous things like a piece of tape to shut a box. They have everything in here. They're able to ship with all the major shippers. They also, make keys, computer rental, and even have ice cream. I wish my pictures were better, but I was trying to be inconspicuous. You should definitely check this place out! Ignore the negative Nancies. Always support local!”
