The person in charge, Monica, I think, took over and explained the expectations. It's clearly not an everyday experience. I stayed and waited as the "wrapper" was on it and quick to expedite. Very nice gal. No waiting area though they quickly offered desk space for me to continue my line of work. It worked out just fine. The entire vibe of the sea of people in the building were good spirited, it seemed. Felt very comfortable getting my work done. Would definitely go there again.
